Estimates
Estimates requested through this website or given over the phone or from photos are preliminary and free of charge. They are not binding offers. A final price is only agreed once we have inspected your vehicle in person and both you and the shop have confirmed the estimate in writing. If additional work becomes necessary after disassembly, we will contact you for approval before carrying it out, in line with California Bureau of Automotive Repair requirements.
Photos you upload
When you upload photos with an estimate request, you confirm that you took them or have the right to share them, and that they show your vehicle. You give us permission to use them to assess the damage and prepare your quote. We do not publish customer photos without your separate, explicit permission. Please do not upload photos that show other people, other vehicles' licence plates or anything unrelated to your repair.

Service descriptions and example projects do not guarantee that a particular repair method or outcome applies to your vehicle; that is determined during inspection.
