Our Story
The Shop Eliza Built
Eliza's Auto Body Shop is an independent, owner-operated body shop in California. No call centres, no corporate scripts, just honest repair work done by people who care about it.
Meet Eliza
Why I Opened This Shop
I'm Eliza Arslanian, and I have spent my working life around body shops. The good ones had something in common: they told customers the truth, even when the truth was "this will take a bit longer" or "you don't actually need that repair."
When I opened my own shop, I built it around that idea. Your car gets fixed properly, your questions get real answers, and the price on your estimate is the price we talked about. If something unexpected turns up once a panel comes off, you hear about it from us before anything happens, not on the invoice.
It is a simple way to run a shop. It is also, we think, the right one.
